Request for Tender - T1920021 Julia Creek Water Tower Refurbishment Project

McKinlay Shire Council wish to engage a suitably qualified and capable organisation for the refurbishment of the Julia Creek Water Tower. The Julia Creek Water Tower, built in 1971, is a 30 metre high, Cardno designed Water Tower that is currently utilized by the Julia Creek water reticulation network.

Expressions of Interest

Purchase of Vacant Lots in Township of Julia Creek QLD 4823

McKinlay Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from interested parties for the purchase of two lots of land described as residential subdivision, Julia Creek; Lot 14 SP247177 and Lot 15 SP247177. These lots were previously passed in from Tender T1920018 and will have the same conditions as described in Tender T1920018.

EOIs must be submitted by 5pm on Friday, 13 March 2020.

Publishing details of contractual arrangements

A Local Government must, as soon as practicable after entering into a contractual arrangement worth $200,000 or more (exclusive of GST),  publish the relevant details of the contractual arrangement on the local government’s website; and display the relevant details of the contractual arrangement in a conspicuous place in the local government’s public office.

The relevant details must be published or displayed under subsection (1)  Section 237 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 for a period of at least 12 months.
