Activities listed in the attached Schedule of Prescribed Environmental Activities require a development application and or a registration certificate approval under the Environment Protect Act 1993 prior to operation.

Local Governments in Queensland in accordance with the Public Health Act 2005 are responsible for mosquito-borne disease prevention and control which includes community education, mosquito surveillance and control.
