QCWA has launched the new QCWA Crisis Relief Fund, a tax-deductible fund supporting Queensland women and families affected by natural disasters or personal crises.
The fund replaces the former Public Rural Crisis Fund and will provide targeted financial assistance across rural, regional and remote Queensland. QCWA is seeking donations before 30 June 2026; all donations of $2+ are tax deductible due to the fund's DGR status. Applications for assistance will open once sufficient funds are available and eligibility guidelines are finalised. (Link to Press Release).
