Meeting Agendas

Well-structured agendas assist councillors to get the most out of their meetings enabling them to make informed decisions that are derived from analysis of sound advice and constructive debate. They also provide members of the public with details of the issues to be discussed at a Council Meeting prior to the holding of the meeting.

A meeting is open to the public unless Council has resolved that the meeting is to be closed under section 275 of the Local Government Act 2012.

Agendas are available online the Friday before the meeting. A hard copy is available for public use during the meeting.

Minutes of each meeting must be made available for public inspection, at a local government's public office or on its website, within 10 days after the end of the meeting.
