Community Rehab NQ
Community rehabilitation services for people living in northern Queensland. Services are for people with neurological conditions, such as stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease and MS. It is also for older people with disabilities who may have self-care, mobility and communication issues. For more information click here.

Mount Isa Mental Health Team
Has started visiting Julia Creek regularly. Please speak to your Doctor or Community Nurse for a referral.

Mums and Bubs Group
For mums and young bubs and expecting mums. The group will be run by Kelly Lemon (Community Nurse) and Judith March (visiting Midwife and Child Family Health Nurse).
First Monday of every month - our next group is Monday 13th October (which is the 2nd Monday of the month due to the frist being a Public Holiday).
10-11:30am at the Fr Bill Busuttin Community Centre, Church Lane.
