Activities listed in the attached Schedule of Prescribed Environmental Activities require a development application and or a registration certificate approval under the Environment Protect Act 1993 prior to operation (http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/qld/consol_reg/epr1998386/sch1.html).
